Paul Dowling
Director/Trainer & Assessor/Training Program Developer
Paul’s passion for helping people achieve their goals through training and skills development is what has driven his career for more than 48 years. He has extensive hands-on experience with different facets of the health & safety and automotive industry from O.E.M. and retail where he has worked as a certified trainer, assessor, training developer and auditor. In addition to training and coaching, Paul is also adept at designing automotive training programs.
Russell Knight
Director/Trainer & Assessor/Training Program Developer
Russell is an extremely qualified automotive industry expert who has more than 45 years of experience as a trainer and resource developer. He has obtained a number of certifications and licenses related to various aspects of personal development and technical automotive industry training. Russell’s breadth of knowledge makes him a valuable addition to our automotive training and consulting team.
